Overseas delivery are being expected 4-6weeks.
All our pieces are made to order. Product takes 6-8 weeks to produce and ship.
Please note that anticipated delivery times may be longer than usual due to the current Covid-19 pandemic.
In addition, we would like to inform you in advance that the following 4 countries have stopped general EMS delivery and are currently unable to use the service until it resumes.
Australia/ Taiwan/ Japan (outside Osaka and Tokyo)/Macau
All orders ship via EMS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Please consider that KIMZISTUDIO pieces are handmade to order when you make a purchase.
Because items are custom made by hand, we are unable to accept refunds and returns due to incorrect sizing.
Returns can be made within -days of receipt of your order in exchange for store credit.
Returned Product must be in unworn original condition.
Packaging removal, used products can’t be exchanged or refunded.
The Customer is required to arrange and pay for the return of the product (including duties) to us.
Please note that the reason for exchange and refunds does not apply to fine scratches, blowholes on the surface, color, tone, size etc… of natural stones.
We highly recommend that you insure your return shipment as KIMZISTUDIO is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

REPAIRS

We provide a 6 months warranty service from the date of purchase.
The cost of repairs varies from case to case.
Repairs and resizing may take up to eight weeks.
Every shipment should be paid in advance.
